This role is focused on managing complex Canadian corporate immigration matters from initial assessment through application and resolution. You will oversee a diverse portfolio of cases, with a particular emphasis on Quebec immigration programs and requirements. The position combines detailed case management with strategic client advisory, helping employers navigate eligibility, timelines, compliance, and immigration risks. You will prepare and submit applications across temporary work authorization, permanent residence, and employer compliance programs. As a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, you will provide clear guidance while ensuring every case meets applicable regulatory requirements. The role is well suited to an experienced RCIC who enjoys high-volume, complex casework and direct client interaction. You will work remotely in a collaborative environment while developing deep expertise in Quebec immigration within a broader global immigration practice.

Accountabilities:

• Manage an end-to-end portfolio of Canadian corporate immigration cases, with a strong focus on Quebec-based immigration matters.
• Prepare, coordinate, and submit compliant immigration applications across a range of temporary and permanent immigration programs.
• Manage work permit matters, including Global Talent Stream and regular LMIA applications, intra-company transfers, C10/C16/C20 categories, and applicable free trade agreement programs.
• Manage permanent residence applications, including Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs, and Quebec-related permanent residence processes.
• Support employer compliance matters, including International Mobility Program audits, program reviews, and disclosures.
• Advise corporate clients on immigration strategy, eligibility requirements, anticipated timelines, potential risks, and available pathways.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and relevant stakeholders throughout the case lifecycle.
• Monitor case progress, deadlines, documentation, and regulatory requirements to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Ensure all immigration matters comply with applicable requirements from IRCC, ESDC, MIFI, and other relevant authorities.
• Manage high-volume and complex cases independently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, organization, and client service.

Requirements

• Licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) recognized by the Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Francisation et de l'Intégration (MIFI).
• Active membership in good standing with the relevant professional regulatory body.
• 3+ years of professional experience managing Canadian corporate immigration matters.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration programs, with particular expertise in Quebec immigration.
• Experience managing work permits, permanent residence applications, employer compliance, and related corporate immigration processes.
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume portfolio of complex cases from assessment through completion.
• Strong understanding of IRCC, ESDC, and MIFI requirements and compliance expectations.
• Excellent client advisory and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex immigration requirements clearly.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized, with strong deadline-management and case-tracking skills.
• Client-focused approach with the ability to build trusted relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients.
