Are you a motivated salesperson who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and closing deals?

The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is growing, and we're looking for an Outside Sales Representative who wants the opportunity to earn based on performance while building a long-term career with our company.

Gutter experience is not required. We will train the right person.

We will provide training on our gutter systems, products, estimating process, pricing, customer service standards, and sales process. We're looking for someone who is confident talking with homeowners, motivated to close sales, and ready to grow with us.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled gutter estimates
  
  
• Inspect homes and determine the customer's gutter needs
  
  
• Measure and prepare accurate estimates
  
  
• Explain gutter options, products, colors, and recommended solutions
  
  
• Present estimates and confidently ask for the sale
  
  
• Follow up with customers who have not yet made a decision
  
  
• Build relationships and provide an excellent customer experience
  
  
• Maintain accurate notes and sales activity in our system
  
  
• Communicate with the office and installation teams
  
  
• Continue developing your product knowledge and sales skills
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience preferred
  
  
• Home improvement, construction, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, or similar in-home sales experience is a plus
  
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
  
• Comfortable working in a commission-based sales position
  
  
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  
  
• Confident presenting estimates and closing sales
  
  
• Organized and dependable
  
  
• Comfortable using a phone, tablet, and sales/estimating software
  
  
• Willing to learn our products and systems
  
  
• Professional appearance and attitude
  
  
• Team player who wants to grow with the company
  
  
• Must be at least 18 years old
  
  
• Valid driver's license required
  
  

Compensation

Commission-Based Sales Position

Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance. The more you sell, the more you have the opportunity to earn.

We provide the training and support needed to learn our products, estimating process, and proven sales approach.

Specific commission structure and compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
