This role offers the opportunity to build your program management skills while working on custom automation projects that directly impact our customers' manufacturing operations.What You'll DoSupport and lead automation programs through the full project lifecycle, from kickoff through customer launch.Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources, including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, installation, and quality, to keep projects moving forward and ensure successful execution.Help manage project schedules, milestones, scope changes, risks, and customer expectations.Partner with technical teams to solve problems and ensure successful project execution.Support project financial performance through cost tracking, change management, and disciplined decision-making.Communicate project status, challenges, and opportunities with internal teams, leadership, and customers.Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that strengthen how we execute automation projects.What You'll BringWe are looking for someone who is ready to take the next step into Program Management.
