Client Overview: Our client is a globally recognized luxury beauty and fragrance house known for its heritage, craftsmanship, and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences, and they are searching for a Luxury Brand Ambassador. This exciting opportunity supports an exclusive luxury fragrance pop-up, where guests are immersed in a premium retail experience centered around artistry, storytelling, and personalized service. Salary/Hourly Rate: $24/hr Position Overview: We are seeking an engaging and sales-driven Luxury Brand Ambassador to represent a prestigious luxury fragrance collection at an exclusive two-week pop-up boutique. In this role, you will create memorable customer experiences by introducing guests to the brand’s signature fragrances, providing personalized recommendations, and delivering best-in-class service. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury retail, beauty, and client engagement, with the ability to build lasting relationships and drive sales in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. Responsibilities of the Luxury Brand Ambassador: Welcome and engage clients with a warm, personalized luxury experience. Introduce customers to the fragrance collection through product storytelling and fragrance discovery. Recommend products based on client preferences and lifestyle. Meet and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators. Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the pop-up remains clean, organized, and inviting. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product organization. Support promotional events, product launches, and special brand activations. Collaborate with leadership and team members to ensure a seamless client experience. Required Experience/Skills for the Luxury Brand Ambassador: Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury retail, prestige beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, skincare, hospitality, or a client-facing sales environment. Passion for luxury brands, beauty, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Proven ability to achieve sales goals in a performance-driven environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Professional, polished appearance and demeanor. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Experience/Skills for the Luxury Brand Ambassador: Previous experience selling luxury fragrance or prestige beauty products. Experience in department stores, boutiques, or luxury retail environments. Clienteling experience with the ability to develop long-term customer relationships. Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED is required.
