IT Project Manager

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a variety of technology initiatives supporting both internal business operations and customer-facing projects. This individual will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications while driving successful project delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support.Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive communications.Support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance initiatives involving transportation and operational systems.Manage customer-facing technology projects including system integrations, onboarding efforts, and implementation activities.Partner with vendors and third-party providers to ensure successful project execution.Drive change management, user adoption, training, and process improvement efforts.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.*Please note: This position is fully onsite, Monday-Friday, in Johns Creek.
