Senior User Researcher

Senior User Researcher, a full-time position focused on leading complex research studies and influencing product strategy through mixed methods research in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Lead high-stakes research studies to shape product vision and drive user-centered decision-making at the executive level Partner with various teams to identify research opportunities and integrate diverse data sources for comprehensive user insights Mentor and elevate the research practice by establishing standards and identifying capability gaps within the team Required Qualifications 8+ years of applied research experience, including strategic leadership in complex organizations, with at least 6 years in the tech/SaaS industry Extensive experience in both evaluative and generative research across multiple phases of product development Deep expertise in qualitative methods and practical experience with quantitative approaches Current knowledge of AI tools used in research workflows and the ability to evaluate their outputs critically Recognized expertise in research methodology with a collaborative approach to building partnerships across teams
