This role offers opportunities to grow your accounting expertise within a collaborative team environment.Responsibilities:Perform day-to-day accounting operations within the Unanet ERP system, including transaction processing, reconciliations, and reportingPerform components of the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysisPrepare and analyze financial statements and reports, and contribute to the annual Incurred Cost Submission (ICS) using the ICE modelPerform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including billing and invoicing across contract typesSupport budget preparation, forecasting, and indirect cost pool analysisEnsure compliance with DCAA, FAR, and CAS requirements; maintain audit-ready financial records and documentation; and participate in audit preparation and supportSupport contract closeout activities and lease accounting processes as neededServe as a senior resource for the department, providing guidance on accounting matters and helping maintain accuracy and consistency in day-to-day operationsBasic Qualifications:You must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent professional experience.You will need 5-7 years of full-time professional experience.
