• Compensation: $268,000–$300,000 annually (Based on experience) + Benefits
• Schedule: 32–40 hours per week
• Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

We provide high-quality, culturally responsive care and are seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician dedicated to serving underserved and multicultural populations.

-> Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered outpatient primary care to patients of all ages.
• Conduct physical examinations, interpret diagnostic results, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Provide chronic disease management, patient education, and self-care guidance.
• Coordinate specialty referrals and inpatient care when needed.
• Complete medical forms and documentation, including DME, DMV, IHSS, EDD/disability, school, and other related forms.
• Manage patient In-Basket responsibilities and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with behavioral health, wellness, and community health professionals to provide integrated care.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, clinical audits, and certification activities.
• Maintain appropriate quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Participate in a rotational after-hours physician on-call schedule.
• Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, and other health-related activities as needed.

-> Qualifications

Required

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty .
• Current, valid, unrestricted California medical license.
• Active, unrestricted DEA license.
• Minimum 2 years of primary care clinical experience .
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to manage a full-time patient panel of approximately 1,500 patients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural, professional, and experiential backgrounds.
• Strong commitment to multidisciplinary, team-based care.
• Passion for serving underserved and multicultural communities.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships across a multidisciplinary care team.
• English language proficiency.

Additional language proficiency is a plus.
