Disposition Manager

Schedule: Monday – Thursday in-office, work from home on Fridays. 8:00 AM – 4:00 P.M. Job Description Phillips Brothers Real Estate is a real estate investing company that acquires 10-20 houses per month and is looking for an experienced Disposition Manager to join our growing team! This person will be in charge of selling properties off-market, building a pipeline of active investors in Atlanta, working with the acquisitions team to identify upcoming investment properties, and selling properties to prospective buyers. About Phillips Brothers Real Estate Our company is focused on buying and selling single-family homes throughout metro Atlanta. We handle all aspects of the process in-house, including sourcing deals, purchasing/financing deals, project management, and ultimately selling the homes. Our impact on the community is twofold: 1) we give homeowners, especially owners of properties that need work, an easy and effortless way to sell their home quickly and 2) when we fix up a property and put it back on the market for sale, it makes the community a bit nicer, and also creates an opportunity for what is usually a first-time homeowner to buy a home at a reasonable price. We are currently in a period of strong and healthy growth. In 2024 we did $25 million in revenue, in 2025 we did $35 million in revenue, and in 2026, we are on track to do $52 million in revenue. We have been profitable since our very first deal. We have always put the overwhelming majority of profits back into our business and will continue to do so. As such, all of our growth has been accomplished without taking on any outside investors or any corporate debt. Job Responsibilities This person will have a huge responsibility within the organization. At the highest level, they will be responsible for overseeing the entire off-market disposition process. Some of their key responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining relationships with real estate investors throughout the metro Atlanta area Marketing and selling company-owned investment properties in a timely manner Conducting buyer outreach, follow-up, negotiations, and property showings Manager transactions from initial buyer interest through closing Work closely with our acquisitions team to understand upcoming inventory and develop a disposition strategy for each property. What You’ll Get from Phillips Brothers Unlimited Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Medical Benefits 401(k) with Company Match Pay Structure The Disposition Manager will be paid a commission of 8% of the gross profit on each deal they sell. The gross profit is defined as the sales price minus purchase price as well as all rehab and property-related expenses associated with the project. On a gross profit of $30,000, the disposition manager would earn $2,400 in commission. There is no income cap in this role, and a Disposition Manager can realistically sell 10+ deals per month with the right combination of skill and work ethic. Over the first 3 months of the Disposition Manager’s tenure, there will be a $50,000 income supplement paid to ensure time to ramp in the role. Starting month 4, there will be a small base salary implemented, while the majority of the earnings will come from commission.
