This facility is seeking an Adult Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 4x10 schedule (Monday-Friday)
• Patients per day: Varies
• Practice Setting: Clinic and Home Care
• Scope: Primary Care, Health and Wellness Evaluations, Adults
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days
• Must be Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Must have an active Colorado state license
