Senior Medical Director
Keros Therapeutics
Keros Therapeutics seeks a Senior Medical Director to lead clinical development of rinvatercept for neuromuscular disorders including DMD and ALS. This physician-level role requires expertise in neuromuscular disease, clinical trial strategy, regulatory affairs, and stakeholder engagement in a hybrid position based in Lexington, MA.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical development strategy and clinical development plan for rinvatercept program
- Identify and mitigate program-level risks with cross-functional teams
- Oversee ongoing clinical trials and ensure scientific data integrity
- Author and advise on regulatory submissions and health authority interactions
- Engage key opinion leaders and represent company in strategic discussions
Requirements
- MD or DO with neuromuscular therapeutic area expertise
- Extensive clinical development and regulatory strategy experience
- Proven track record in key opinion leader engagement and health authority interactions
- Strong clinical trial execution and oversight capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with teaching ability
- Experience with clinical development plan creation and risk mitigation
