Producer - PRODn at Art + Commerce (New York, NY) PRODn at Art + Commerce is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic producer to join their production team. The position will be based out of the NY office, reporting to the Directors of PRODn. Candidate must have proven past relationships with successful working artists and a good understanding of the current fashion market in the US. Responsibilities Liaising between PRODn, Photographer’s agents/producers and clients to produce or manage productions Managing budgets, overseeing and negotiating rates and costs Creating call sheets + production documents + schedules Maintaining and organizing calendars and schedules for jobs and meetings Optioning studios, vendors, DPs, photo and film crew Manage the booking of client travel, hotel + additional needs Manage location scouting + permit applications, work with local scouts and our own database Organize and prepare all billing for closed jobs in a timely manner, submitting invoices. Working with the team on creative pitches, bringing ideas to the table Help to build out a team of local NY freelance production managers & assistants who can hired on to projects when needed Managing Post-Production for various projects Qualifications A minimum of 4 years of experience in fashion production (print + film preferred) Strong negotiator and excellent communicator Comfortable interfacing with high level clients and artists Self-starter able to work independently Must be able to multi-task and oversee numerous coinciding projects Specialized knowledge of the fashion and advertising market Experience working in both film + print industry Experience working in post-production and managing deliverables Existing relationships with agents, art buyers, editors, vendors, and creatives Interest in contemporary film + photography, fashion, image making and publishing Diversity and Inclusion PRODn is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr WME | IMG
