Overview Traveling MEP Project Manager (Mechanical Construction) to oversee large-scale commercial projects throughout the Southwest. This role requires approximately 35% travel and a strong presence on project sites. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing large mechanical scopes, leading project teams, and working directly with general contractors to ensure project success. Responsibilities Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. Coordinate with GC partners, engineers, and subcontractors. Oversee budgets, schedules, and change orders to ensure profitability. Lead field and project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency. Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications 7+ years of mechanical construction project management experience. Background in large commercial or industrial projects. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel 35% throughout the Southwest.
