Role Description The Store Manager role at LUMINARY is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Rosemary Beach, FL. The Store Manager oversees day‑to‑day operations of the luxury boutique, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, inventory oversight, and ensuring the showroom reflects LUMINARY’s design standards. This role leads and coaches the store team to deliver exceptional customer service, elevated client experiences, and high customer satisfaction, while meeting sales and performance goals. The Store Manager monitors retail loss prevention practices, manages cash handling and reporting, and maintains compliance with company policies and procedures. The position also collaborates closely with the design and management teams on visual presentation, special events, and client relationship building to support the brand’s luxury experience. Qualifications Strong customer‑focused mindset, with proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction within a luxury or high‑end retail environment. Demonstrated Store Management experience, including staff supervision, scheduling, and daily retail operations. Excellent Communication skills for engaging clients, coaching team members, and collaborating with leadership and design teams. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, inventory control, and basic cash management procedures. Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or interior design showroom settings is highly beneficial. Ability to lead by example, maintain a polished and professional presence, and uphold brand standards on the sales floor. Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced, client‑centric environment. Comfort with basic retail technology and point‑of‑sale systems; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
