No matter what stage of your career, you can build your future at Tempur Sealy! *Candidate must be located in West Texas Preferred Cities: Midland/Odessa, Lubbock, Amarillo, Abilene* What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities): * Represent TSI and its portfolio of products to assigned small and medium multi-location, high-value retail customers. * Be responsible for the sales, profit, expenses, marketing, and merchandising functions for the assigned customers.

• Build productive relationships with each company’s key decision makers.
• Lead the customer account planning cycle and develop strategic short- and

long-run plans that will achieve predetermined sales goals. * Coordinate with the customers and the TSI field sales associates to implement training programs for the customers’ relevant employees.

• Ensure that all the customers’ needs and expectations are met.
• Regularly evaluate customers’ sales performance and develop strategies to

sustain successes and improve deficiencies. * Perform other duties as assigned. Salary Range: The total estimated annual compensation, including base pay and incentives, is $ 85,000 - $ 110,000. What You’ll Need (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 4 years of experience in sales is required.
