We are looking for a Corporate Paralegal to provide legal and operational support for a Communications organization in Arlington, Virginia. Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and update a range of business agreements, including confidentiality agreements, vendor contracts, and service-related documents.

• Support the full lifecycle of legal entities by assisting with formations, dissolutions, state registrations, annual filings, and record maintenance.

• Help coordinate corporate governance activities by organizing board documentation, drafting resolutions, recording minutes, and maintaining consent records.

• Maintain entity and legal records systems to ensure company information, compliance documents, and organizational details remain current and accurate.

• Manage signature collection, document execution, and filing steps for both contractual matters and corporate actions.

• Work closely with teams such as finance, procurement, compliance, and leadership to support legal documentation and business initiatives.

• Liaise with outside counsel and contribute to special legal or corporate projects as business needs evolve.

• At least 3 years of experience in a corporate paralegal role or a comparable legal support position.
• Demonstrated background handling commercial agreements, corporate governance matters, and entity management activities.
• Working knowledge of corporate law principles, legal documentation practices, and records administration.
• Strong organizational ability with careful attention to accuracy and detail.
• Proven ability to manage competing deadlines and work effectively with limited supervision in a hybrid environment.
• Paralegal certification or equivalent practical legal experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting contract review and administration across multiple business functions.
