• Review, execute, and manage customer pricing programs, rebate payouts, ad hoc credit requests, and special pricing arrangements for Our Client.

• Research and resolve complex pricing differences, contract interpretation issues, invoice disputes, and claim variances between customer data and sales agreements.

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, Sales, Customer Master, Finance, and Management to align documentation and support customer programs.

• Utilize ERP and business intelligence tools (including SAP, Pricefx, Power BI, QlikView, and Excel) to validate high-volume transaction data and analyze claims.

• Validate and process new customer account requests, maintain accurate customer information, and respond promptly to pricing and rebate inquiries.
