This remote role requires strong Windows, Office 365, and AD skills; you will configure laptops, assist with printers, and troubleshoot VPN/connectivity issues. Work schedule is Mon-Fri 10:00 am–7:00 pm EST with occasional travel to Centers of Excellence.
