Delta Logistics Inc. is seeking a motivated HR / Safety Assistant to join our team in a fast‑paced transportation and logistics environment. Responsibilities Supporting HR and Safety departments Maintaining driver files and assisting with onboarding Assisting with IFTA filings and safety compliance Supporting FMCSA-related documentation and recordkeeping Communicating with drivers and internal teams Qualifications Fluent in English (Ukrainian or Spanish preferred) Knowledge of IFTA and FMCSA regulations Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment What We Offer $1,100 per week, W2 Health & dental insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Office-based role with training and team support Vision insurance Experience Human resources: 1 year (Required) DOT regulations: 1 year (Required) Language Spanish (Preferred) Ukrainian (Preferred) Work Location In person Apply with your resume to be considered.
