Market Week Receptionist
The Receptionist's primary responsibility is to cover the main reception area and provide general administrative and clerical support during Market Week from February 25th March 5th. The selected candidate must be fully available for the duration of market week.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Provide information to callers
- Greet people entering organization
- Direct people to correct destinations
- Field queries from the public and customers
- General administrative and clerical support
- Maintain conference room schedules
- Maintain company contact sheet
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel
- Proficient in Outlook
Work location: New York, NY
The estimated pay range for this role is $25-$27 per hour
