Director, HR Business Leader

Edwards Lifesciences seeks an HR Director to lead a team of HR professionals and serve as a strategic partner to business units in implementing human resources strategy. The role involves talent development, workforce planning, compensation analysis, and building organizational capabilities to support business objectives. Full-time, in-person position based in Draper, Utah.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop HR team to implement strategy effectively, within budget, and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Serve as strategic partner to client groups and regions developing HR strategy aligned with business objectives
• Evaluate future workforce needs and recommend changes to HR strategy and programs
• Advise leadership on talent strategies to build organizational capabilities and engagement
• Deliver HR programs for client groups and participate in talent selection and compensation analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field with prior HR experience or equivalent work background
• Demonstrated track record managing people or equivalent professional experience
• Master's degree or related certification (PHR, SPHR, GPHR) preferred
• Expert knowledge of employment laws, regulatory compliance, and legal risk management
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
• Strong project management, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-organizational relationship-building skills
