We are looking for an energetic, responsible, professional, and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team.

This is more than a Front Desk job. We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in hospitality and grow with the company.

The right person will have a positive personality, enjoy interacting with guests, take responsibility for their work, and be committed to providing exceptional guest service every day .

Professionalism and guest service are paramount in this position. Every interaction with a guest represents our hotel. We expect our Front Desk team to be welcoming, respectful, attentive, well-presented, and professional at all times.

For the right team member, we provide a clear path for growth—from Front Desk Agent to Supervisor and, ultimately, into a management role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a warm, professional, and positive attitude
  
  
• Deliver consistently high-quality guest service throughout the guest's stay

• Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, room assignments, and guest requests

• Listen carefully to guests and respond to questions and concerns professionally

• Resolve guest issues promptly, respectfully, and with a service-first mindset
  
  
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest and billing information

• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner

• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure guest needs are handled quickly

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional Front Desk

• Follow hotel procedures for security, cash handling, keys, and guest information

• Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and other departments

• Help create a welcoming and positive environment for every guest

Previous hotel or customer-service experience is preferred, but the right attitude, professionalism, personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn are equally important.
