Create comprehensive reports, client-facing materials, and executive presentations. Attend client discussions, planning meetings, and strategic briefings. Track project deadlines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure timely completion. Partner with various departments to align efforts and achieve company targets. Interpret data to uncover insights, patterns, and growth opportunities. Contribute to promotional strategies, branding activities, and campaign execution. Provide support with financial planning, forecasting, and budget reviews. Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients. Build foundational expertise in business processes, leadership, and management practices. Assist with training and integration of new hires when required. Engage in professional development programs and internal team initiatives. Keep accurate records and ensure all documentation is organized and up to date. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Strong analytical thinking and organizational capabilities. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-driven setting. Basic knowledge of project management principles. Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and able to manage responsibilities in a dynamic environment. Enthusiastic mindset with a readiness to embrace new opportunities. Internship, co-op, or academic project experience in a business setting is beneficial. Foundational understanding of budgeting and financial analysis concepts.
