Customer Success Associate

We are seeking a personable and motivated Customer Success Associate to build positive customer relationships provide product and service guidance and support customer satisfaction through direct in-person engagement. This position focuses on helping customers understand available offerings addressing individual needs and creating an informative and welcoming experience.

The ideal candidate is approachable attentive and comfortable communicating with a variety of individuals. This role requires strong interpersonal skills a proactive approach to customer engagement and the ability to provide personalized assistance while contributing to customer retention and overall business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

Build positive relationships with new and existing customers through professional face-to-face interactions.

Engage customers in conversations to understand their needs preferences and expectations.

Provide personalized information regarding available products and services.

Assist customers with understanding product features service benefits and available options.

Offer relevant recommendations based on individual customer interests.

Support customer introductions and provide guidance on available resources.

Help customers become familiar with product functionality and service procedures.

Address routine questions and provide accurate information regarding company offerings.

Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction through attentive assistance.

Communicate product updates service information and relevant promotional details.

Assist with customer engagement initiatives designed to encourage continued interest and participation.

Provide follow-up assistance regarding customer questions and product information when applicable.

Recognize customer concerns and coordinate appropriate support with team members.

Maintain familiarity with current products services and company guidelines.

Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant observations to colleagues.

Support customer retention efforts through consistent communication and relationship-building.

Maintain accurate records of relevant customer interactions when required.

Collaborate with team members to ensure customers receive consistent and professional assistance.

Participate in product training team meetings and customer engagement discussions.

Follow established procedures for customer communication and information handling.

Complete additional customer success and engagement responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in customer success customer service retail hospitality or another customer-facing environment preferred but not required.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly professional and approachable demeanor.

Ability to establish rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.

Strong listening skills and attention to individual customer needs.

Comfortable explaining product features service options and general procedures.
