Business Development Manager - White Collar

Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the White Collar sector

Job Description

Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new client opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships

Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth and expansion

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients

Track and report on business development metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement

Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance brand visibility

Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on business development initiatives

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree

Relevant business development experience supporting White Collar or related professional services teams

Ability to work independently and achieve goals with limited supervision while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams

Demonstrated ability to guide, mentor, and support the professional development of junior team members

Excellent writing, editing, analytical, research, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to develop high-quality pitches, proposals, presentations, submissions, and other client-facing materials

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, CRM platforms, experience management systems, and research tools, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly

Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive requests while maintaining a high standard of work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presence, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and leadership

Ability to incorporate feedback constructively and continuously improve performance

Commitment to excellence, professionalism, and client service

Strong project management and organizational capabilities

Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Ability to exercise sound judgment and manage confidential information with discretion
