Shop Manager - 59th Street

Summary The Shop Manager leads the daily operations of a shop within the store on 59th Street, driving sales performance and delivering outstanding customer service. This role oversees team leadership, merchandising, and inventory management to meet business objectives. The manager ensures the shop is professionally presented and operates in compliance with company policies. Responsibilities Lead, train, and coach sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Manage daily shop operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and staff scheduling. Oversee merchandising, visual presentation, and inventory replenishment to maintain shop standards. Monitor sales results, analyze performance, and implement action plans to drive revenue. Enforce loss prevention, operational policies, and maintain a safe, organized environment. Requirements 4+ years of retail management or related experience. Proven leadership and coaching skills with strong customer service focus. Experience with sales reporting, inventory management, and merchandising execution. Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize in a fast paced retail environment.
