This role will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and assisting in the development of mitigation strategies and action plans.Responsibilities:Proactively manage risks, address issues efficiently, and capitalize on potential opportunities, contributing to overall success and resilience.Conduct regular risk assessments across various business areas and projects to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.Analyze and track ongoing issues, providing regular updates and recommendations for resolution.Identify and evaluate potential opportunities for business growth, cost savings, or process improvements.Develop and maintain risk registers, issue logs, and opportunity trackers.Assist in the creation of risk mitigation strategies and action plans for identified risks and issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights related to risks, issues, and opportunities.Prepare and present reports on risk trends, issue status, and opportunity analysis to management and stakeholders.Support the implementation and monitoring of risk management and issue resolution processes.Contribute to the development of risk management policies and proceduresAssist in conducting post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of risk mitigation and issue resolution actions.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in risk management and opportunity analysis.Support the organization's overall strategic planning process by providing insights on risks and opportunitiesQualifications:Required:Bachelors’ Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience5+ years of related work experienceTS/SCI w/ poly is requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent data analysis and interpretation abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization toolsKnowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologiesFamiliarity with project management principlesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesDesired:Experience with risk management software is a plusProfessional certifications such as CRISC, PMP, or similar-What You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
