Benefits Manager

Our client, a growing accounting firm with approximately 850 employees, is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee and enhance its employee benefits programs. This is a hands-on role focused on benefits administration, leave management, and leading the annual open enrollment process during a period of growth and change. Key Responsibilities: Lead the administration of all employee benefits programs, ensuring a seamless employee experience. Own and drive the annual Open Enrollment process from planning through execution. Manage complex leave of absence programs, including coordination with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Partner with HR leadership to improve benefits processes and support ongoing organizational growth. Support the organization through an upcoming HRIS migration, with UKG experience highly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
