Internal Controls Manager

Responsibilities Supports the effective operation and continuous improvement of the financial control environment across their assigned region Ensures the consistent application of the Group’s risk and control Matrix (RACM) Provides regional oversight, monitoring, training, and operational support to in‑country finance teams Works closely with Regional Finance Controllers, BU Controllers and Group Internal Controls to strengthen governance Remediation of control gaps and monitoring compliance with RACM Qualifications Accounting qualification (ICAS, ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) or equivalent experience Strong experience in financial controls, internal audit, or finance operations within a multinational environment Good understanding of IFRS, control frameworks and financial governance requirements Ability to work across multiple countries and cultures Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and support remediation activities Practical mindset and strong organizational skills Hands‑on approach with strong attention to detail Collaborative, supportive and able to build trust with finance teams Clear and confident communicator Continuous improvement mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
