Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' mental health backgrounds and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to address various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Maintain diligent documentation of therapy sessions and client progress in our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. Many of our clients face issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma recovery, and relationship problems. Your expertise will directly contribute to their healing journeys, providing them with compassionate support and evidence-based interventions tailored to their experiences and cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active professional licensure in the state of California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience working directly with clients in a mental health capacity, preferably in a therapeutic setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to establish rapport quickly, fostering trust and openness in the therapeutic alliance.

• Experience with electronic medical records systems is advantageous, promoting efficient and accurate client documentation.
