Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative / Field Support Location: 3843 Oakton Street, Skokie, IL 60076, United States Overview Looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) individual to join the Molly Maid team in Skokie, IL. The role combines customer‑facing support with on‑field tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service over phone, email, and other channels, greeting callers with a smile and booking estimates and cleans. Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner, building rapport and ensuring satisfaction. Promote Molly Maid culture and teamwork, energizing the team with a positive attitude. Resolve customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Perform onsite customer estimates using the sales system and cleaning knowledge. Respond to customer calls and complaints, providing timely support. Conduct quality checks with the checklist to ensure staff meet Molly Maid standards. Prepare and launch field staff each morning; plan and manage daily route schedules. Qualifications Legally authorized to work in the United States. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience. Prior cleaning, sales, or supervisory experience highly preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (company car provided). Available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to multi‑task and prioritize effectively. Comfortable with computers and technology. Benefits & Perks Base rate $17–$18 per hour with potential to earn over $20 per hour after a 90‑day incentive program. Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay after 90‑day probationary period.
