Warehouse Operations Manager

Seeking a hands-on Head of Warehouse Operations for a full-time remote position, this role will manage the on-site leadership at the Berlin fulfilment center while overseeing the Rheine/D sseldorf facility, ensuring accountability of third-party logistics partners to KPIs and facilitating operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Monitor 3PL partner performance against SLAs and KPIs, conducting reviews and tracking corrective actions Act as the primary liaison between the 3PL partner and Spreetail's central functions, translating strategic requirements into operational instructions Analyze WMS data and produce operational reports to track metrics like on-time shipment and order accuracy, identifying areas for process improvement Required qualifications Fluency in both German and English; additional European languages are a strong advantage Hands-on experience coordinating warehouse workflows in B2B and B2C fulfilment environments Proficiency in Linnworks or equivalent WMS/ERP systems with strong analytical skills Excellent organizational skills and self-motivation for managing multiple workstreams autonomously across multi-site operations Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent practical experience; certifications such as APICS or Six Sigma are a plus
