Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful difference in the upcoming school year by supporting the development of elementary students as a Speech Language Pathologist. This full-time contract opportunity focuses on K–5 students in a collaborative elementary school environment for the 2026–2027 academic year. The ideal candidate will partner with teachers, administrators, families, and other service providers to ensure each student’s speech and language needs are met, while maintaining compliance with special education requirements.

Key Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Minnesota SLP license, or eligible to obtain
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in school settings is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to a manageable caseload of approximately 40–45 K–5 students
• Address a range of needs including articulation disorders, expressive/receptive language delays, pragmatic language deficits, autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, fluency disorders, and other communication challenges
• Collaborate closely with special and general education teams, families, and administrators to develop and implement IEPs
• Monitor progress, maintain clear records, and participate in eligibility, evaluation, and IEP meetings
• Serve as a resource and advocate for students’ communication needs within the school community
