Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a meaningful role where you’ll help elementary-aged students develop critical communication skills for lifelong success. A full-time contract opportunity is available for a Speech Language Pathologist to serve a K–5 caseload for the 2026–2027 academic year. The assignment spans from late August to early June, with the specific elementary campus to be determined. You will join a collaborative educational environment focused on student growth and supportive teamwork.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Minnesota SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Prior experience delivering speech-language services in a school setting is valued
• Demonstrated skills in communication, collaboration, and organization

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 40–45 elementary students
• Address diverse needs, including articulation disorders, language delays, pragmatic or social language deficits, fluency disorders, developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, and other communication challenges
• Collaborate with special education staff, general education teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide progress reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Contribute actively to educational meetings and the broader school community
