Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

For the 2026–2027 school year, you’ll play a key role in addressing the unique communication needs of Kindergarten through fifth-grade learners, guiding them toward meaningful progress in their academic and social journeys.

Students you’ll support may present with articulation disorders, language delays, pragmatic challenges, developmental or fluency disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and other communication-related needs. You’ll be surrounded by a collaborative, purposeful group of educators and specialists, all working toward the goal of student success in a welcoming and organized setting.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Minnesota SLP License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
• Previous experience in a school environment is highly valued
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy and assessment services to a manageable caseload of approximately 40–45 elementary students
• Collaborate closely with special education teachers, administrators, general education staff, and families
• Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals and maintain documentation in compliance with district and special education requirements
• Participate in team meetings and support school-wide initiatives that foster student growth and positive outcomes
