Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding opportunity working as a Speech Language Pathologist with a dynamic elementary-aged student population for the 2026–2027 academic year. You’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated network of educators, families, and specialists, playing a pivotal role in helping students achieve their full communication potential while supporting compliance with special education requirements.

In this engaging contract position, you will serve students in grades K–5. The caseload is manageable—around 40–45 students—and includes a variety of speech and language needs, such as articulation disorders, expressive/receptive language delays, pragmatic language deficits, autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, fluency disorders, and other communication differences. Your expertise will be vital in delivering direct speech-language services as well as developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) alongside compassionate school teams.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience in school-based settings is an advantage
• Strong skills in communication, organization, and teamwork

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students
• Develop, implement, and review IEPs
• Conduct assessments and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Remain compliant with state and federal regulations
