Role Overview
This role involves collaborating with senior FP&A and corporate finance professionals to create evaluation tasks for AI systems tailored to the finance operations of Fortune 500 companies. The workflows are aligned with the planning cycles, reporting cadence, and capital decisions typical of large public companies. Contributors will design realistic enterprise finance scenarios, produce reference models and memos, and develop rubrics that reflect the judgment expected from senior FP&A professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Construct FP&A scenarios that encompass public-company planning, 10-Q and 10-K cycles, earnings preparation, and board/CFO/CEO reporting packages.
- Build three-statement models, driver-based forecasts, and variance analyses for companies with revenues exceeding $1 billion.
- Develop tasks related to capital allocation, M&A integration finance, treasury, and investor relations.
- Utilize enterprise EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Oracle Hyperion, and Pigment as implemented in Fortune 500 finance environments.
- Author rubrics that encapsulate the analytical depth and communication standards anticipated from finance leaders in Fortune 500 companies.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance at a Fortune 500 or large public company, or in a finance advisory role serving Fortune 500 clients (e.g., Big 4 advisory, MBB, top-tier investment banks).
- Direct experience with public-company reporting cycles, board-level materials, and enterprise budgeting at a significant scale.
- Fluency in enterprise EPM and modeling tools utilized in Fortune 500 finance organizations.
- Experience in rubric, training, or technical content authorship is a plus.
Hourly commitment of at least 20 hours per week.
CompensationHourly pay ranges from $85 to $120, determined based on demonstrated expertise.
EligibilityOnboarding includes participation in the Rubric Academy, a paid program designed to align contributors with the quality standards before commencing live work. High-performing contributors have opportunities for advancement into reviewer, lead, and domain SME roles with increased compensation.
