Senior Sales and Marketing Professional for AI Evaluation [Remote]

Role Overview
Senior sales and marketing professionals are invited to leverage their expertise in building evaluation tasks for AI systems tailored to Fortune 500 go-to-market contexts. This role focuses on creating workflows that reflect the complexities of deal sizes, stakeholder dynamics, and brand stakes inherent in large public companies. Contributors will design enterprise go-to-market scenarios, draft reference outputs, and develop rubrics that encapsulate the thought processes of senior operators within Fortune 500 companies.
Key Responsibilities
Construct enterprise sales scenarios for deals exceeding $1M ACV, involving multi-stakeholder buying committees and intricate procurement cycles at Fortune 500 accounts.
Build marketing tasks that encompass Fortune 500 brand strategy, enterprise account-based marketing, large-scale demand generation, lifecycle management, and category positioning.
Develop revenue operations and go-to-market scenarios utilizing Salesforce Enterprise, Marketo, 6sense, Gong, and Outreach within Fortune 500 technology stacks.
Apply enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, and Force Management to produce reference deal strategies, account plans, and executive narratives.
Author rubrics that differentiate genuine enterprise go-to-market judgment from generic playbook responses.
Ideal Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or revenue operations at a Fortune 500 enterprise software vendor (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, Microsoft, AWS) or within a Fortune 500 brand or marketing organization (e.g., P&G, JPMorgan, Unilever, Microsoft, PepsiCo).
Direct ownership of Fortune 500 accounts, brand campaigns, or demand generation programs.
Fluency in enterprise go-to-market tools and methodologies, with a solid understanding of Fortune 500 budgeting, procurement, and legal review processes.
Experience in authoring rubrics, sales enablement curriculum, or training content is a plus.
Compensation Note
Hourly pay ranges from $65 to $90, determined based on demonstrated expertise. A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week is required. Onboarding will occur through the Rubric Academy, a paid program designed to calibrate contributors to the quality standards before engaging in live work. Strong contributors will have opportunities for advancement into reviewer, lead, and subject matter expert roles with increased compensation.
