Accounting Coordinator

Job Title: Accounting Coordinator Location: Allentown, PA Type: 4 month Contract Compensation: $25.00 Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite and 3 days remote Hours: MondayA-Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM Responsibilities Enter and maintain sales orders, ensuring accuracy of pricing, quantities, due dates, shipping information, and financial coding Create customer quotations and maintain supporting documentation Track customer pricing, exceptions, and related reporting activities Assist with overtime billing, storage billing, and other customer invoicing activities Create and maintain financial tracking sheets and project documentation using Smartsheet and Microsoft Excel Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and order processing Monitor and update project records, financial trackers, and customer documentation Support Order Management and Project teams with administrative tasks and reporting Attend meetings related to project billing and financial tracking Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support special projects as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational and time management skills Strong math and analytical abilities, including working with percentages, ratios, pricing, and financial data Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude System One, and its subsidiaries including Joul e9 and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
