This position is remote, providing the flexibility to work from home while still being an integral part of our outpatient treatment team. You will engage in video therapy sessions and utilize telehealth technology to connect with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your daily activities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Conduct weekly group therapy sessions that create a safe space for clients to share experiences, offer mutual support, and engage in healing conversations.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Work one-on-one with clients to deeply explore their personal challenges, emotions, and behavioral patterns, helping them formulate practical coping strategies and actionable plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 facing various mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma-related issues. Through evidence-based practices and a holistic approach, you will help these clients navigate their obstacles and promote emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Licensure: Must possess a current License as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required; a Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in mental health treatment settings, particularly with clients dealing with mood and anxiety disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
