Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.

Active West Virginia Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.

BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.

Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in outpatient, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Experience with therapeutic exercise, gait training, wheelchair assessment, and ADL interventions preferred.

Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.

Shift Name: Days.

Shift Details: Days 0800-1630, Monday through Friday.

Schedule: 5x8.

Assignment Length: 14 weeks.

Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week.

Candidates may be required to float to other facility units as needed.

Morgantown and West Virginia University are approximately 20 miles north, providing university events, shopping, and additional transit connections for an urban-adjacent lifestyle.
