Customer Service Rep

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Customer Service Rep for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Insurance Services clients. This position is fully remote.


The Customer Service Rep will be handling inbound call requests and helping administer voluntary benefits enrollment.



Required Skills :

• Customer service skills
• Possess licenses in at least Florida and California for both life and health line of authorities to be interviewed
• If hired, must obtain a license in Michigan, New York, Indiana and at least THREE of the following: New Jersey, Massachusetts, Ohio, Connecticut, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia at your own cost
• Internet speed of at least 50 mbps or greater (Equipment will be shipped to you)
• bility to work between 7am-8pm CST Mon-Fri
• bility to work overtime in Oct-Dec if needed
• No planned time off during Q4 2025
