Benefits Competitive salary $80k–$150k DOE for mid‑to‑senior level Excellent benefits and professional development opportunities Lead impactful projects with the ability to delegate and mentor junior staff Collaborative environment emphasizing sustainable design and client relationships Opportunity to represent the firm and contribute to meaningful building projects Job Details / Responsibilities Serve as lead HVAC Engineer from concept through construction administration Draft HVAC construction drawings including details, plans, and sections Perform HVAC load and energy calculations and design HVAC systems Select HVAC equipment and develop construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit Coordinate all HVAC‑related documentation and drawings throughout the project lifecycle Lead design efforts with staff and consultants to meet code, client, and contractual requirements Administer projects in the construction phase, review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and resolve field issues Lead design discussions, implement sustainable strategies, and carry concepts through to drawings Research building performance, regulations, and conduct necessary engineering research Communicate effectively with clients, respond to questions, and represent the firm Qualifications Degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Design Certification Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred Minimum 7‑10 years of experience working for a consulting engineering firm Well‑versed in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Ability to lead projects, make critical decisions, and work effectively with teams and contractors Application Apply by clicking the “Easy Apply” button.
