The work

• Defending hospital systems, physicians and their carriers. Every claim turns on the standard of care.
• Heavy reading, heavy detail. Your arguments have to survive a doctor’s scrutiny, not only opposing counsel’s.

The practical stuff

• 1,800 billable hours.
• Hybrid. You and the team decide how your week splits.
• Licensed in North Carolina, with two or more years of litigation experience.
