The Fitness Membership Director is mentor to the Membership Advisors and together leads the team to success. This leadership position plays an integral role on the Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness Center management team, learning Center operations while mastering sales achievement as a career path to General Manager. 
POSITION OVERVIEW, responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Achieving or exceeding personal and team new member enrollment results 
• Executing the sales and marketing plan within budget
• Ensuring the integrity of the Center and the guest experience from community/corporate outreach with prospecting, touring, presenting benefits of membership to the accuracy of paperwork 
• Facilitating successful orientation and ongoing customer service to engage new and current members in programs and services offered at the center
• Training, scheduling, mentoring and motivating team members utilizing Healthtrax resources, standard operating procedures, best practices, job shadowing and regular team and individual meetings
• Ensuring adherence to company standards as set forth in the Employee Handbook 
• Exhibiting a desire for learning, research and continual growth for professional development

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate with 3 or more years in sales and management with a proven track record of exceeding expectations and developing and retaining team members. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or health related field, preferred. Prospecting and telephone skills necessary. Proficient in Microsoft Office. CPR Certified and, or willing to renew or obtain it upon hire.
