Occupational Therapist

Integrated Talent Strategies is looking for a full-time permanent Occupational Therapist for a permanent 36-40 hour week position in a hospital-based outpatient setting working with adults and some pediatrics. This role will provide full healthcare benefits, a 401k, and annual profit sharing.

• Provide comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to address individual patient goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and equipment to aid patient recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve daily living skills.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
• Ability to work with both geriatrics and pediatrics in a hospital setting.
