Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least 2 years of Physical Therapist experience

Assignment Details

• Clinic hours are typically 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday
• 13-week assignment
• Patient population includes primarily adults, sports injuries, school-age children, Medicare patients, and uncommon pediatric cases
• Raintree EMR
• Virtual interviews
• Polo shirt provided to wear; no scrubs
