Accounts Payable Manager (Hybrid)

Responsibilities Help review and reconcile various reports Oversee 1099 reporting Handle year‑end audit and system upgrades/enhancements Manage ACH authentication, security of business compromises and vendor adds/updates Comply with regulatory agencies and institutional/operating systems Facilitate weekly check write Compensation Salary Range: $83,800 - $179,400 /annually Qualifications Bachelor's degree or three or more years of directly related experience A minimum of 2 years of supervisor experience Background working in a fully integrated payable system Healthcare experience a plus Ability to perform well with frequent interruptions, under tight deadlines and with heavy workloads Strong prioritizing abilities Working knowledge of scanning applications desired Outstanding communication and problem‑solving skills Computer proficient with Microsoft Office 10‑key adding machine abilities with speed and accuracy About the Company UCLA Health is a world‑renowned health system with four award‑winning hospitals and dozens of primary care practices, specialty practices, urgent care centers and other ancillary locations throughout metro Los Angeles as well as the David Geffen School of Medicine.
