Interventional Pain Management Physician

Provider is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with acute and chronic pain conditions. Key responsibilities include: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings. Prescribe and manage medications. Perform interventional pain management procedures. Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, medications, and self-management strategies. Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and adjust care plans as needed. Provide ongoing follow-up care to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
