Duties - What You'll Do

• Conduct both routine and specialized laboratory tests-covering areas from chemistry to hematology-following established guidelines.
• Evaluate test outcomes for validity, resolve discrepancies, and manage routine maintenance alongside the calibration of lab equipment.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare them for analysis as necessary.
• Accurately document all laboratory processes, contribute to training for new team members, and help maintain high standards of lab quality.
• Ensure a safe and sterile working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health qualification, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) acquired within one year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout the duration of employment.
